The Henderson Writer’s Group annual event, the Las Vegas Writers Conference is looking for Raffle Prizes. The money raised for the raffle prizes are used for the Student Writers Contest fund. The winners of the Student Writing Contest receive attendance to the conference, publication in the biannual Writers Bloc and CASH prizes. If you would like to donate a gift for the raffle please contact Jo Wilkins or Janelle Evans. Or contact any board member at the weekly meetings. Raffle Prizes are tax deductible. Gift cards must be national chain affiliated. Attendees come from all over the country. Quilts are a huge draw for the raffle, writing related items, gift baskets for writers; office supplies, spa goodies, pet baskets, coffee and/or tea, related items every writer can indulge in are always welcome.
